Brian Lindenmeyer has over 15 years of experience in supply chain and manufacturing operations, strategy, and process improvement; working both as a client and a consultant.  His initiatives and projects have documented over $35M in savings.

Brian has successfully created Operational Excellence practices at two supply chain consulting firms and has experience working  with a variety of industries, including 3PL, Retail & Apparel, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Electronics & High Tech, Discrete & Process Manufacturing, Communications, Call Centers and Healthcare. 

Brian’s previous projects have included supply chain strategy development, network design/optimization, operations improvement, ERP and SCM software justification and vendor selection, as well as the implementation of these execution systems.

Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, and carries multiple accreditations and IE certifications. Brian is a 3rd generation industrial engineer with a passion to coach and mentor others to work smarter, not harder.
