Curt Sardeson has over fifteen years of experience implementing RedPrairie®* Supply Chain Software and has implemented over 25 supply chain systems. He has held multiple roles in these implementations from engineer to program manager. Curt delivers solid results for small single site implementations as well as large-scale and complex implementations for multi-national companies. He is globally adaptable, highly focused, and has successfully implemented projects in North America, Europe, and Asia. He is comfortable in operational and consulting roles and can easily relate to operational challenges. Most importantly, Curt understands his customers’ needs and translates them into cost effective solutions with high potential for ROI, cost savings, and/or increased revenues.
